I think for retiree also needs basic amenities, such as at least a clinic nearby. If a retiree do not need basic amenity, for me Goodview Height is a much better choice...

If want EW to bring in basic amenity to EF, maybe need to wait EF have more than 2000 units VP first... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Refer to SPA about the Defect Liability Period then you will know liao..
