Yes, it is. Don't know how the EcoForrest masterplan looks like, but it should be pretty close, and I believe the cemetery is on upperground..

EcoMajestic direct link to Lekas, then to Silk or Kajang-Semenyih bypass..

EcoForest link to Jalan Broga then to Jalan Semenyih, notorious for the traffic jam due to countless of traffic lights..

No need to talk about congestion at traffic light junction... sweat.gif sweat.gif

EF just an isolated pocket development along Jalan Broga, with almost negligible commercial element within vicinity. Instead, very near to a chinese cemetery at the upper ground..

"Supporter" might need to do due diligence on this project... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Don't be confused by the SA, the entrance and exit for EF one way only, which is through the Jalan Broga. Be prepared to jam at the horrendous number of traffic lights along Jalan Semenyih when commuting in and out. EF and EM have no direct connection.

Where is your friend unit in Semenyih? Currently most of the rental market in Semenyih is captured by Setia Ecohill / Pelangi Semenyih which has much better access capability and very near to commercial area such as Tesco Semenyih.

Your friend unit must have much lower rental than Ecohill / Pelangi Semenyih unit, else how to compete? tongue.gif
