You working in BBB? Normally which route you are using to travel from Bangi to Semenyih? Jalan Bangi Lama?

With 600k price tag, there are so many choices available in Semenyih/Beranang area.. Put the safety concern aside, why need to take risk buying a property near to HTC and cemetery, no highway link and with almost zero commercial/amenities in the surrounding.

Of course different people has own preference. Just hope the purchaser use it for own stay, and not thought can flip upon VP or hold few years to sell off because thinking EW will be very dedicated to develop commercial/amenities in this pocket development.

Only can expect EW to do many events and many launching in EF to attract sales in the coming few years though...

Just flash in my mind many owners might tend to make the unit as home stay since it is close to Broga Hill later.

Hope I am wrong and EW/JMB can be strong to carry out the restriction stated in the DMC..

How much penalty imposed by EW for those who signing SPA and not proceed? Same as those who only sign offer letter?

The RSK consists of 1 block, 20 floors, 380 units which includes 2 units for OKU... Total land area used is 4.78 acres..

Yeap, there is no strong evidence associated HTC can cause cancer. But at the same time, there is also no strong evidence to prove that HTC is totally harmless.

If you buy it for own stay and believe it is acceptable, then it is perfectly okay. Nonetheless, if you buy for investment and would like to sell it, then you might need to face a risk of "convincing" the prospective buyer HTC is totally harmless, although most of the case people will use this "reason" to press the selling price..

Personally for me HTC is not a big issue in health, but totally an eyesore. Well, beauty lies on the beholder. Who knows some might perceive this HTC as the mini "Eiffel tower" instead..

The rationale mentioned last time is Sungai Lalang is always jam during Cheng Meng, so should build a road directly from Silk to Nirvana directly instead..

Not sure how many developers willing to build direct connecting road to highway, except those big players.

Reasoning to connect the road to Broga also vague, who is going to be responsible on the construction cost?

Anyhow, if following the masterplan, the Boustead project shalll build a road to connect to Taman Pelangi Semenyih / Semenyih Tesco area. But dunno when going to be completed lah..

Lol.. EW will tell you many things verbally, but everything also in "PLANNING" stage... When new project launched, they will tell you #waitforit , # thebestyettocome ....

People just mention it is a choice for retiree lah, why you so particular about this huh?

It is just like if people say jogging is good for your health, doesn't mean everyone must die die go jogging one.

People can also trek the hutan, main kung fu or blow water in Lyn, that's the people choice to keep health mah...
