yes the fee go to JMB, and JMB use that to pay the property management (which i guess mostly is ew), pay electric bill, pay water bill, pay cleaner etc...

It is still pay to EW till successful formation/handover of MC, which is scheduled within a year (revised SMA 2013 for strata properties launched after June 2015)

be it jmb or mc, is just the same function.
the fact is same, after 10years, no more new trees from ew..
so buyer if want more trees, money is from their pocket..

Can still see those dilapidated abandoned wooden pre war shop houses right smack in the middle centre of Kajang Town. Mentality oif the people also very kampung like.

At least Sememyih is developing. All the malls and megamalls are coming to Sememyih and going to open soon. Even Aeon/Jusco is going to open up soon. The list goes on, Ecohill Walk, Greene Park Village, Hill Park commercial area/ shopping street, Midlands City Semenyih and later Majestic Lab and EcoMajestic Megamall.

Pre War shop house also available in Semenyih Town and anywhere in Malaysia NOT only Kajang.
the issue is Semenyih road is still the same..
means infra not in line with development ... Congested.
else hv to use Eco link toll road
