They just mentioned about the big lake around 25 acre and also mentioned about there is more green than EM. I hope they will deliver what the had promise because of the name of forest. Shld be more trees and green.

seem like they just talked bout the thing already exist.

I also hope the green really exist in the precinct either ebonylane or hazelton, as we now can see there's still no green exists in the construction area of ebonylane.

From what I recalled, brochure seems don't have such big lake within the project Eboni.. Maybe u can walk to the lake near sales gallery there in the future.. Trees mostly near main entrance, with some bushes in the garden i guess

The project facts is actually solid however you just can't differentiate between resort vs kampung and treating them the same.

Err.. don't think you will sign up EF tho, due to below honest reason:

1. You mentioned that Setia Alam and EF are sibeh far
2. You mentioned will book EF in 2019 but still failing to act so, portraying you are serious buyer; end up wasted alot of EW SA time & efforts to explain over n over and till today still asking same thing about price and package
3. Budget issue yet hoping to have free dead chicken on the road

actually I also hope that there will be more trees around the residence area,no only come out in the garden or park, perhaps they will plant more around the precint after vp? in 10 years I think?
