I've been to every shopping mall in Bukit Bintang from Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza (now rebuilding due to underground MRT), Berjaya Times Square, Imbi Plaza, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 (formerly KL Plaza), Starhill to Pavillion and  that electronics mall Low Yatt Plaza, every mall in Mid Valley City including Mid Valley Megamall and the Gardens, further west PJ/Klang that includes Sunway Pyramid, Subang Parade, Empire Soho Subang, Bukit Raja Shopping Mall, every mall and hypermarket in Bandar Utama and Pelangi Damansara that includes One Utama to The Curve and Ikea BU, Ikano Power Centre and Tesco PD, every mall in that new Cochrane road/Pudu/Pasar Road including Ikano Power Centre Cheras, Uptown Cheras and Ikea Cheras, every mall in Taman Maluri including Sunway Velocity and Aeon/Jusco Cheras, every mall in Cheras including Cheras Leisure Mall, Eko Cheras, Cheras Central (former Phoneix Plaza) and Viva Mall, every mall in Bangsar and that includes Bangsar Village, Bangsar Shopping Centre, every mall in PJ including Tropicana Shopping Mall, Digital Mall, Uptown PJ, Paradigm Mall and all the megamalls in Kelana Jaya, all the malls in Brickfields including Nu Sentral and other shopping malls in KL Sentral and all the malls in Mont Kiara/ Desa Hartamas and that includes One Mont Kiara, Plaza Mont Kiara, Solaris, Hartamas Shopping Centre and Publika.

I've even been to Aeon/Jusco Balakong so what you talking you have to go to shopping mall?

I even go to Pasar Malam like Taman Connaught Pasar Malam where next to it got lot of banks, fast food restaurants, Chinese, Indian and mamak restaurants and I've also been into that Giant Taman Connaught and Ikon Cheras shopping mall near it.

but seem like mayb the property stuck already due to this covid season? and they only can push some promotion with these reason? summore they also got their kempen hartanah bumi

Garden Homes and if I'm not mistaken, all Ebonylane houses are sold out.

I do believe Ecoworld will do hard and smart in the ways they promoting themselves. and I also noticed that they comes up with the loan helping program named help 2 own Extra recently(wonder is there any difference with the previous help2own program). Would you mind to share some thought on ergohome?  since we knew that this is the first time ever new design in Malaysia, I'm also quite impressed with it but I had been told that eroghome was fully sold and I have to wait for the next phase already    otherwise I'm sure that we will would become good neighbour.

How much u purchase before and after discount?

As I know the price are different depends which unit you selected. My unit SPA price is 598k  after 10% discount is 522k included insurance. Extra information : I get 3.0 interest rate from rhb bank. Which muchhhhhhhhh more lower than before MCO. i tried to get a loan from cimb bank before, they quote me a 4.8 interest rate for a property in kajang mutiara.
