Noticed that area many other projects by MK Land. Apparently this land is bought from MK Land also. For instance the secondary sale for Armanee Condo is asking RM560k for 1,645sf whilst One Damansara is asking RM365k for 986sf. Is this Zizz has better location than the 2?

I booked too......apparently I got friend stayed segar view before......not much of complaints after few years of staying. Not sure now how as they have moved.
