If tou are serious about looking for something dor own atay, and you like this particular area, i strongly suggest you go for completed product such as armanee or the other mkland completed project nearby.

i just booked one. the respond is good. after looking all the negative post, i am in dilemma now.

can somebody advise how bad the developer are?

Maybe the price is affordable to them?

But personally I would choose developer with better track record especially during bad economy,
At least they won't run away or facing financial issues like Axis Crown

Agree, Kochin kor aka fei Mao is highly experience sifu. if he has doubt on any project, sure the project abandoned or got issues one.

bet on this developer abit risky, but high risk high return. who know what happen 4 year later

For these dillemma potential buyers or these oredy booked...

I am pity them seriously, becos they never been seeing Amara Workmanship & study abt this Developer wink.gif

I strongly believe these booking the units are from Mass market and they dont know abt Amara wink.gif

No doubt the location & price for ZIZZ is quite attractive, if compared to other projects in market now.

But my advise is you shall do more research on this developer & their track projects. I just share my own real experience, when I attended tribunal court in one of the day, this developer was the famous developer which attended the majority of the cases on that day.

U buy this project ...u buy your ticket to hell.
U go their opis kap kap. Looks like overnight fly by the night developer.
Even lad they dont use spa price to compensate.
They use spa price less rebates then pay u 50%.
Take it or leave it. Or we meet in tribunal.

During vp, no one inspect with you. They give you a piece of paper and ask you write down the defect and u sendiri go back to office to submit.

Defect took 3 months to do and until now still cant finish.
You go Amara to visit your worst nightmare. This is a developer from Hell. Good luck to you.

Errrrrrr .. I thought when CCC /CFO issued, the electricity and water supply are ready for connection. Otherwise, CCC /CFO can not be issued by relevant party.


When the electricity and water supply are ready for connection, the owners then need to open account with TNB and water company in order to get power and water..

where is the sale office ?

i am not interested for this project, but just want to go there to clarify on the proposed new access as per promised by MPPJ which is undertake by the surrounding developers.

the developer should know the status..
