This is my personal opinion
I would not even think of buying Jaya Megah project.
After buying them , dont hope that they will entertain you.
They are as bad or on par with Sri merlinger ( plaza medan putra developer )
but i know people are stubborn
so buyers please dont come to this thread to complaint even after so many people advised not to buy any of their property.

Tis defect at carpark area, i have complaint since two months ago, but the bad developer still not yet repair it until today.

Good luck to those The Zizz's buyers.....

I dont stay nearby but decided to dropby this sale office as I would like to ask about the new access road.

To be fair to the sale team, i make a declaration that my purpose is to check on the new proposed access road, as my property is in damansara damai.

knowing that my purpose, the sale person declined to reveal more as he just mention this involve the local government, they cant promise anything.

I fully understand but just my person opinion, as the developer being one of the appointed contractors, what is the difficult to tell public ? not to tell because I am not a prospect in the project ?

I just went off and try to locate the new access based on what the lowyat forumers discussed earlier.

Luckily I found it and it is near the Sutera Damansara Square shoplot there...

Hope these 3 developers can works together to make the new access to Sri Damansara become a reality... thank you.

Hi guys...

I had booked a 909 sf unit last two weeks.
Juz went to there sales gallery to sign on the bank offer letter and snp.

During the signing of snp, the lawyer asked me to sign on few agreement include snp and an special agreement that so called " consent of variation substitute on plan". This special agreement is tied-up with the clause 13 on the snp, which clause 13 are refer to material.

I am so worried and refuse to sign on that special agreement.

Anyone have encounter this???

I need some advise.......... cry.gif

This agreement directly shows and empower developer to change the plan in future? As per your heading it looks such.. I guess you can refuse to sign as its not under schedule.
