to all taikor....

This developer is new to me. After reading some posts, it seems that they have bad record. Apparently, they have project in Aus as well with a huge investment sum. Kinda steady?

I have book 1unit based on all the positive investment rules.
The only negative is bad track record. Really hard to make decision eh...
Please shed some light taikor...

Buy from a developer that has the support of end-financing lines extended by major banks in Malaysia. The banks would have done their own feasibility studies on the developer and the development, thus mitigating the risk on your behalf.

I read on somewhere in the books. Agree ? nod.gif

To add 2 cents. Dsara damai (sorry no one is gonna bother to call it'north') is crime ridden and full of low cost apartments and migrant workers. Migrant workers are not a problem, but unfortunately the way they are treated in this country makes it not conducive to live nearby. Nothing against migrants. #anti racism

Dsara damai is blacklisted by maybank, mkland is black listed, don't believe me go to maybank and ask the loan officer yourself. Other banks still willing to give loan, but if the biggest fish don't want to give, means something wrong.

But the price is really attractive for this development. Just be mindful of the risks with this developer. My advice, go for a smaller unit on subsale, you'll be assured you have a property the moment you start paying back your loan. To be saddled with 400,000 debt and no property is not a future you want. Or to live in a poorly built property, your life is at risk. I'd consider this property purely for price, but i think the risk is too high. Especially as the developer seems to be a taiko with no regard for ethics.
