The developer can simply increase maintenance fee from 0.18 cent to 0.30 cent when they vped without inform? Late VP pay 50% of LAD, very arrogant and lansi, sent them more than 10 emails without reply even 1, call them the office people just tell us "I don't know", think twice before u commit ur whole life saving into this lcly developer.

Try google the developer's website. U won't find any and that's a sign of smth fishy.

Jaya Megah Building and Engineering? Previous project under Jaya Megah Development.. but both under the same director. Low Han Pier and Peter Lin.

No website on their company but if you drill deeper, you will find out that Jaya Megah Building and Engineering is only a 1 million dollar company.

Seriously not an honest developer if name is changed just for the sake to run or evade the previous mistake by blaming the former management, which is Jaya Megah Development.

End result must be a joke.

You may proceed to buy if you willing to bear the risks as follows:

1) Late and incomplete in delivery on your purchase premise. More than 6 months.
2) offering Only 50% LAD which is a joke.
3) Poor workmanship and your condo is built by group of inexperience bangle. Your children (if any) play the LEGO better than them.
4) Nightmare property with full of rubbish, dusty, leaking, potential visible pipe, and etc.
5) non-response answer/emails from Developer despite numerous of calling and email follow up.
6) unreasonable maintenance fees which is totally out of estimate cost as at launching. At least 100% higher.
7) facilities provided which is not inline with what have stated in the brouche.They may said brouche is only for illusion purpose.
8) non-follow up on your defect despite more than a month, PIC always giving holding reply instead of immediate actions.
9) Showroom is really merely show to you but you won't get it as per expected. Buy apple give you orange. The Best Part is they give bad orange instead.
10) and a lot of "surprises" will be given you but must sure you could "take it"
