Qcapita acquisition of Platinum Sentral will reduce EPS fr 8.76 cents in FY12/2014 to around 8 cents in FY12/2015 Assume dividend @ 95% of EPS, dividend should reduce fr 8.38 cents to 7.60 in FY12/2015 Thus, DY will drop from 6.81% to 6.18% (b4 10% wht) At DY of 5.56% (net), I urge existing shareholders to vote 'against' d acquisition on 12/3
