the assets owned by the REIT.
what affects them would normally be vacancy rates, utilities (ie. electricity hikes)

most people go into REITs for their relative stability and high dividend yields.

Qcapita acquisition of Platinum Sentral will reduce EPS fr 8.76 cents in FY12/2014 to around 8 cents in FY12/2015
Assume dividend @ 95% of EPS, dividend should reduce fr 8.38 cents to 7.60 in FY12/2015
Thus, DY will drop from 6.81% to 6.18% (b4 10% wht)
At DY of 5.56% (net), I urge existing shareholders to vote 'against' d acquisition on 12/3
