Checked in! Planning to buy back SUNREIT/IGBReit in 2015, waiting for good price.

Maybe can get discount in H2 2015. GST may tone down some of the exuberant sentiment + possible increase in OPR.

The chance of OPR being raised is very low with current situation.

With surrounding countries adopting loosely monetory policy + Euro QE, reit is supportive by above factor, so there is a limit how low reit price can be.
Unless the economy situation falling into recession and with property market plunging then only we can see major "discount" sales on reit.

Mrcb hold EGM today to seek approval for disposal of assets to Qcapita
When will Qcapita hold EGM to seek shareholders approval to buy those assets?

You can dump this REIT. The Yeoh family can issue private placement dilute share holder. Last time retail REIT. No pure hotel.

Got business is attractive. But hotel business are mostly big corporate spending. When time not good we don't see spending for company event will be less in the hotel. Budjet cut...no longer can stay hotel
