minimum quantity purchase is 100 units regardless of price.

it can be RM34 x 100unit or RM0.10 x 100 unit.

minimum purchase by unit not price. biggrin.gif

Apparently you can buy one unit (theoretically, if anyone wants to sell one unit.) I think in practice, no one will sell one unit so you probably can't smile.gif
*
noted with thanks biggrin.gif

QUOTE(Eng_Tat @ Mar 10 2015, 07:12 PM)
sorry, i mean what is the viable or feasible quantity to purchase due to fees incurs? can be advise in unit or rm figure. tq
*
8k to breakeven the brokerage RM8 fee minimum. But depends also if you can absorb the fee with your profits gained.

If given a choice to choose one, which would be a better choice, IGB Reit or Pavreit ?
*
Personally, i vote for IGB Reit.

Eco KL opening soon beside. Based on the layout for ECO KL retail, probably will compliment IGB's gardens and mid valley. biggrin.gif

i don't own igbreit btw.

Yes, cos MV is located at a place where there is high concentration of middle income consumers, Old Klang Road. Middle point between KL and Puchong/Petaling Jaya. nod.gif

Later when the SP Setia development completed, human traffic lagi terror sweat.gif
*
i've checked the SP Setia EcoKL property thingy. Only got 3-4 blocks of shoplot.

in my opinion, the amount of shoplots won't be disturbing any tenant flow from MV and gardens.

what do you think?

instead, i feel that kl eco city residence and offices traffic flow will pour to MV gardens instead. hmm.gif

REITS - like a long term wife. long term benefit. keep and hold but you can't continue being admire after long.

blue chip stocks - like super model. hot and beautiful. nice to hold. but risky. highest chance to lose and gain.

penny stocks - college girls (ace market) that you invest hoping that they will be mature and elegant (profit) when they venturing into the corporate world (main market)

yup. above sums up by a friend of mine who try to relate relationship into stock market. sweat.gif
