AmFIRST REIT acquiring a Mydin store in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
The acquisition was expected to cost AmFIRST REIT an estimated RM250 million. It would be the trust's first investment in the north.

Use unit trusts or FD as a means to slowly accumulate enough capital to have at least 4-5 stocks to make up a portfolio. That's for investing.
