If given a choice to choose one, which would be a better choice, IGB Reit or Pavreit ?

I was thinking of getting IGB reit too but the current price is to high. Looking to enter when its around 1.2X

No point in getting 10lots or 500shares as i wouldn't be able to cover my brokerage expenses.

Got to shoot for at least 10k lots to see a decent recent lol
