Growth I think is SunReit.. Because big boss says want to increase the portfolio bigger to 10bil by year 2020 from 7bil currently πŸ’ͺ

Kinda hard to get 7% yield nowadays...
Hoping its stays that level... But the REIT needs to expended too.. Cannot stay the same.. So in the end must scarified 😊
