back to the mall thing, the key strategic is the location, accessibility via rail network, and branding as a whole

one good example is the Pavilion, it had way lesser visitors (read: ordinary ppl) before MRT fully commenced on its operation, parking and driving there was costly and also a nightmare.

I think the "design" from sky looks shape like "eye".. Something like that.. Remembered reading from one of the reports published long time ago..

Its is one of the top mall in Malaysia..
Just go look around MV.. Always full.. Parking also hard to get.. Needs to round round few time only if lucky.. Get spot 😎
Then u have long waiting list for tenants eagerly waiting to open biz in MV 💪
