Yes.. but needed to see IGB office tower occupancy rate too...if have high take up rate & long term leases.. Then should be good news...

Then KPJ & IHH is the focus then..
Since GP sure under them one....

Higher fee.. more $$ for hospital..
But what if less people comes? Since it's become more expensive?

Or same crowd, since use medic card so insurance fee up up away 😁

Yes. U needed CDS account too..

Many thinks REITs like UT but actually it's not.. it's just like normal shares... With more dividends rate of 90% from profits... Unlike others listed company range from 30% to 90%

Share price movement is mostly from market forces.. buyers/sellers demands...

Better results @ $$$ means more buying for the DPU πŸ‘πŸ€‘

first time there's 2 deaths case..
so it's could be increasing for next few weeks...
and as more being tested.. and the kiasu attitude of panic buying past few days sure would make the 2 week closure useless.. so there's very high chance of extended maybe till 15 April tongue.gif
