For the dividend received...
U don't do anything... It's deducted automatic..

retail reits would be effected...
I mean those with high exposure to Malls...

can see the mall is suffering...
some REITs have some cut on the revenue of the mall tenants...
so tenants make less money. Reits also effected cry.gif

From what I understand...
It's restricted IPO...
Current shareholder only can buy....
So they actually smart... Because if they go as ordinary IPO route... There's risk of undersubcribe.....

We all know there's oversupply of office space...
From what I see their portfolio... Those in Mid Valley City performing okay....
