UOAREIT solidly down to below 1.6. When to buy back?

I usually buy in chunks of at least RM4k to RM5k.

Some unusually large volumes and drops in ALAQAR, normally a very quiet REIT. What's up with it?

I have property problem too, house inherited from mother. Rented out to a company and used to house don't know how many illegal immigrant workers. Company pays rent regularly but damage to the house keeps accumulating and I'm scared the neighbors will complain.

I'm actually topping up. Not really worth it but I'm holding too much cash as it is since I don't feel like anything is really cheap right now so I may as well earn some peanuts in the meantime if I can.

Yes, a bit earlier, but I'm dismayed that it's still dropping.

Who's the joker who keeps messing around with ALAQAR everyday?

Today very red, but thanks to SIGN and Pink Spider's ALAQAR transaction, my portfolio is very green.

Why is UOAREIT dropping so much?

Edit: Ok, so it's very low volume. But still shocking the lack of any buyers. I don't hold it but it'd always seemed like a decent REIT to me.

Why are you trying to sell it anyway? To get cash to buy something else?

What happened with ALAQAR? Someone keyed in a wrong order or something?

Yeah, selling my IGBREIT as well. The problem is I'm holding so much cash right now.

Man, REITs keep going up so much, I feel tempted to sell even though I have nothing better to buy. What are you guys doing with your REITs? Buy, sell or hold?

So what's the rational thing to do in this situation? Are we to assume that current REIT prices are the new normal until rates increase again?

Seems to me like bad results and dropping prices all around. For my holdings at least. Maybe yours are doing well?

HEKTAR keeps dropping. Isn't its yield actually quite reasonable at the current price?

Seems like a strange time to establish a REIT, given the poor market conditions. Surely there won't be many people taking it up?
