Very poor workmanship from this developer! Can’t even build a good condo, and now dreaming of building a mall! Leaking at so MANY MANY MANY units of their recent project!

mRT bridge will link station to the mall, not directly to the service apartments, just like any other mrt linked projects.

MRT will appreciate property prices when completed?

pls talk to dsara sentral, Tropicana garden, ekocheras buyers.

in the long run lah. not suddently spikes up the CA on day one of operation. it takes time, property is not skim cepat kaya.
