I believed students will have more choices to choose where they likes to stays when MRT 2 is ready due to fare fee RM100 same goes to stewards/stewardess. Again, ppls who are working in TRX or KL city i guess most of them don;t mind to pay rental rate within KL city.

Difficult to determine what the tenants thinking...
It is actually up to them... KL rental and Selangor rental actually not much different... Of course the KL area is not KLCC area la... Like cheras... Sg besi...
