Really big question mark for this project “ Meta City”.. how it can invest? 🤔

I heard anchor tenant of the mall is isetan,cinema confirm will be coming in also, high chances MBO and the hotel brand is aloft.

Bro, if really materialize then will benefit Sfera, but villamas can handle such mixed developement? They can manage a mall

Isetan... ! U must be joking ... the entire area totally different market .. if really Isetan looking place for open new outlet.. think they may choose ioi city mall phase 2 which is construction in progress now

Have you expect Aloft hotel will come to this area also? but now already become reality, Isetan might come also, you never know.

I did not say the project confirm successful, but now the project not even start yet you already predict the project will failed for sure, i did attend the private preview and share the info here only, you are the one make the judgement here.

Meta city to cater for sk and equine community... Hmmm...for sure, the area lack of hotel and community mall....they have better come up with something unique.. Otherwise susah la

You guys think with Aloft moving in plus the fact this place joined to MRT station make it a good bet.

Seems also like Villamas got some not so good rep. Anyone care to share why?

Hi all, I just got my loan approved for this project and got demanded "lawyer fees" from agent. The package given by the agent should be free all the blablabla fees, so I googled and read some article and didn't found anything about this.

This is my first house so I'm not so knowledgeable about it, would like to ask all the sifus here what's this ??

This part of MRT need the Cyberjaya City Central and Putrajaya sentral to success.... else cant really build up the demand.
