I heard anchor tenant of the mall is isetan,cinema confirm will be coming in also, high chances MBO and the hotel brand is aloft.

You guys think with Aloft moving in plus the fact this place joined to MRT station make it a good bet.
Seems also like Villamas got some not so good rep. Anyone care to share why? |

Hi all, I just got my loan approved for this project and got demanded "lawyer fees" from agent. The package given by the agent should be free all the blablabla fees, so I googled and read some article and didn't found anything about this.
This is my first house so I'm not so knowledgeable about it, would like to ask all the sifus here what's this ?? |
