If I already got my number plate, the procedure to the delivery of the car should be relatively fast right?

ya, make it all bars are same size, total 12 bars
1 bar 200km? then 12 bars 2400km?

or 1 quarter 200km? 4 quarter 800km?
*
You cannot calculate FC like that. It's all wrong. 1st bar you could be on highway, hence good FC, 2nd and 3rd bar, stuck in in jam, bad FC.

Most accurate way:
1) Pump full tank until pump auto-stop. Reset trip meter.
2) Drive any distance say 200km.
3) Pump full tank until pump auto-stop again. Now take note the fuel pumped in (say 20L)

Your FC=200km/20L(used) =10 km/l.

Then you decide during this 200km, whether it's in heavy jam or mostly on highway.

it should be, but cant really say until i calculate after i refuel

i tried the apps but both aha and the other app needs bluetooh connection via the app on ur phone to be utilized, which uses 3G to stream music

i rather use spotify to listen music since u can store the files on ur mobile phone, no need to stream

Who provides the traffic data. Google? We don't have TMC traffic data in Malaysia. TMC uses FM radio.
