This is purely my opinion - there's only so much all car manufacturers can do for certain colours, like white, black, silver to differentiate their colours. But colours like red, blue, green etc can be lighter or darker (infinite number of colour tones), so in a way they will always be unique. Like Peugeot's red is dark red, Volkswagen's is bright chilli red and so forth. Without comparing them side by side, I already know the difference. But I won't be able to tell the difference between a white honda and a white vios until I put them side by side, but even then will it make a huge difference? Not much. There's no such thing as light white or dark white.

Few years down the road, if you're still keeping your car, you can always re-spray to whatever colour you want.
