there is no need for any conference/discussion.

The facts of the dispute are clearly stated. The seller has agreed to all the facts. The buyer has suggested the possible ways to settle this case. There are also some other suggestions (50/50 cost split) which i find reasonable.

Bottom line is this, the dispute is between you and avenger. You two figure out a way to settle it. The facts are clearly set out (unless u have something to add, then add it here). Until you find a solution, your tag will remain. Rest assured the tag is not a temporary measure, as long as your Dispute case remains unsettled, the tag will not be removed.

This is between the case of both of us. If you would like to raise for a dispute. I as a seller would request a conference. If the case would to be go ahead. If nothing was not being offered. I dont mind to carry with a dispute tag.

Do not pressure me with such a tag as threaten. Avenger threaten me with his silly act. I hope you mods do not have the same thought.

1st - he received the faulty good. Pls sent it immediately. why he sent 4-5 days later?
2nd - Why he post up a threat here on the 1st day he received the goods? Why he didn't call me directly? He is expecting I know him as he is a VIP.
3rd - Why he keep threatening me in the sms. Stated he will call me and sms me everyday? What is the point? I will scared of this? Cheap skate....
4th - Once I already received the goods, I will check in the weekend. But why he keep calling me when am i check the things? Why you so busy? So how?
5th - On the chat logs. I stated 1 week is 1 week. 1 week is 7 days. Normally all the buyer from me. After 1 week or 2 weeks or sometime 3 weeks. I will do for them as week. I will warranty for them as well. But for you. NO. Why? You got terrible attitude problem. Why I dare to say that? I am dealing here since 2003. Not a single case. But you? You have been very popular with annoying thread around lowyat.net. Bare in mind. OK.
