All disputes coming into the Dispute complaints coming to the dispute section that remain unsolved will be tagged with the dispute tag. So, it would be in your best interest to settle this case as soon as possible.

Avenger, you can cease to go on with your crusade of creating havoc in his threads, as the dispute tag serves as a reminder to him to solve this issue.

From what i see, since nobody can be faulted directly, this issue should be shared 50/50 by both parties.

Those who are not privy to this matter (not directly involved or do not have first hand knowledge of the matter or traders) should stay out, rather then get involved in flaming the situation. We will not hesitate in issuing warning if your postings are unrelated to the issue.

The facts of the dispute are clearly stated. The seller has agreed to all the facts. The buyer has suggested the possible ways to settle this case. There are also some other suggestions (50/50 cost split) which i find reasonable.

Bottom line is this, the dispute is between you and avenger. You two figure out a way to settle it. The facts are clearly set out (unless u have something to add, then add it here). Until you find a solution, your tag will remain. Rest assured the tag is not a temporary measure, as long as your Dispute case remains unsettled, the tag will not be removed.

avenger, this is a problem between you and espionage. Iron out a deal with him (instead of whining about it to us!). The trade enforcers are not here to settle your problems for you. Your proposal should be to him, not to the trade enforcers or the forum in general.

If you can't come to a resolution with him wt regards to this matter, i will personally offer a solution to the both of you.

1. avenger: I will personally refund you your RM60. The condition is you are forbidden from buying/trading in LYN due to your inability to resolve your dispute with a fellow member (yes, i do agree with espionage with regards to the way you handled this entire issue).

2. espionage: due to your inability to settle your dispute, you will forever have the dispute tag on your nick.
