Cleveland good as support ship shooting down planes while be gay company to bb and decent armor won't die so quickly

Nothing exceptional about it but I will keep it, it got its charm lol

AA of this ship, useful for BB escort, however the shell travel time make this ship almost impossible to hit target from far, need to shot from mid range

Last time this ship is king of spam and fast turret

Soviet tier 4 cruiser not that impressive, still Kuma and Phoenix is the king at tier 4.

slow, less manoeuvrability, a lot of gun without range, engine get knock out easilly, gun turn slow, can't evade shots like Phoenix

all out of sudden, this thing appear in my port, 1st game get in tier 7 battle, and i citadel a Nagato twice

congratz to you finish kirishima mission but I not put Iona on kirishima ship but wait for kirishima herself if WG put another next event mission

This ship has a pretty long cannon reach ( 20.3km IIRC )

But the rest are just cosmetic.

Thou I manage to citadel many CA using this fella

Have only played 3 battles in my brand new T5 Kirov and must say she plays better compared to her earlier peers. T2-T4 RU cruisers sux so bad! She's still stock as I'm too scrooge to use free XP on her. Will just grind the old fashioned way.

Seems the T6 RU Cruiser, Budyonny is really worth grinding for, good range, ROF, turret rotation and armor. She should be a good T6 replacement over my existing Cleveland (not so fun anymore) and fragile Nurnberg
