Damn just found out about the TP revision on 1 march. Haven't used my TP at all since I got the card about 1 year ago. I think I have about 200k points. Where can I use the points to exchange for items or vouchers? My m2u account is locked so I can't use that. Do I walk into a shop and redeem?

yes, as long as redemption is performed before 1st March.

if you're lazy to visit any maybankard centres, just opt the online redemption. less fuss, but also eat up some of your points.

Got 2 questions:

1.During online redemption, there's popup saying amex points not useable. Anyone know how this works?

2. If i have amex and mastercard with TP, is it possible to redeem both combined TP online or on the spot?
