Is it? Then, I will go for Aspire. laugh.gif
Nicer ATM card. laugh.gif
I also always face this issue, so I just check randomly.
Just checked as I spent quite a lot over the weekend, some haven't been recorded yet. Now I'm eligible for another RM 150 vouchers redemption. laugh.gif
I just applied for gold-plat upgrade yesterday in KLCC. I shall expect calls either today or tomorrow. If my card is approved, I chose to collect from KLCC.
I also requested to have AmEx + MasterCard rather than AmEx + Visa and changed my embossing name to be same as my other cards. biggrin.gif
*
Why upgrade now? Have to pay 2x GST right? I am thinking to upgrade too, but that would be after 1st April.

No GST if you have paid earlier and wan an upgrade from gold to plat.
*
Confirmed? I remember seeing somewhere that you still have to pay GST even though you have paid and the next one is yet to due.

harvey norman will discount heavily on certain products as promotion or to clear stock. i have personally bought a brand new sony tv which is 50% off the RRP, and it was only 5 units per branch. all other chain and sony store itself was still selling at full RRP at that time.

my colleague have bought a galaxy note 1 for only RM1K, same thing, 5 units per branch, few years back when it was the latest model from samsung with RRP around 2199.

if you are a bit more resourceful in comparing prices and willing to wait, you will definitely land some sweet deals. harvey norman is a big chain, they can afford to give heavy discounts just to clear stocks.

Where do you look for those promotion? Online? Brochures?

I cannot recall mine and really hope it won't be charged in March.
I don't think I still can find back last year's statement from M2U to see if it was charged in March. tongue.gif
*
I thought someone here mentioned that it's not charged? Can check back my previous post here on that question. smile.gif

Just wondering if there could possibly be annual fees imposed for those applying after April 1, anyone heard anything?
*
Chances should be low given that there is no additional cost to them on annual fee. The existing GST are for the govt.

So it is 25000TP + 6% = 26500TP for RM100 voucher?
*
If they charge GST for vouchers, wouldn't it become double taxed? we pay for the vouchers, and the items we used the vouchers to pay for is also GST-taxable. shakehead.gif
