Try call the TM staff, keep asking them to have Unifi service at ur area. But for me last time, I keep calling them, ask them to faster launch Unifi service at my area, but that's the case where they had install the white box at the tiang there. So u can go outside ur hse check whether got a white box attach to the telephone tiang or not.

lol i just bought what the seller says is good which is asus rt n66u for rm600+. btw i want to ask u guys, i have use qos and reserve 1Mbps for gaming but still when someone open youtube i will get 500 ping. actually how many mbps need for gaming?

There was a certain time that TM hung up a few banners that read as "Unifi ada di sini" around my residential, turns out they were supposed to be advertised at "Taman Kingfisher Sulaiman" and not "Taman Kingfisher". What an embarrasment.

i seriously doubt it why some people are eligible and some are not. and the promo is not public too. even with the promo, they din reduce price and just give u those extra useless addon which u dont need. and until now the price still stay the same back from year 2000.

Guys, I am curious as unifi always say i got outstanding one month din pay.
But I got every month, now they keep sms me say still got 149 din pay and if din pay before certain date, will got service disruption.

I thought unifi will only block if the bill over the limit

becos they bill in advance. i.e. u pay one month, then u use.

if u did not pay at the beginning, pay only at end of month, u always hv 1 month billing outstanding.
