my unifi down, the modem showing red light at internet. any idea?

How many MB Unifi you are using?

is this normal?I have been getting this since the first time i check last week.

im on VIP10 anyway, live in condo, bukit tunku.

Must be really fast ur download with VIP20..

Is the 10mbps package upload speed also 10mbps?

so i called unifi, they said my port is close, that's why modem showing red light at internet.

why would my port suddenly just close? any idea?

tm technicians come and check my issue, now they tell me the cable putus so need "tarik" whole new cable again.

hi, my unifi router is RG4332 come with USB port, i plan to use it as printer sharing in my home, any buddy know how to do it?

is it true the new 30mbps and 50mbps packages have slower upload, not symmetrical like the 5/5, 10/10 and 20/20 speeds of the previous packages?

may i know what's the upload speed for the new 30mbps and 50mbps packages?

some one mentioned before there is an offer RM169 for 30mbps.. But I got an email stated it was RM199 for 30mbps.

What is the different between them ?

anyone knows what does it means by others?

I am considering on whether to go with unifi or timebroad band. the apt i am staying has both. I was told that time broadband they will actually drill and pull the fibre optic cable into your house. while for unifi, i believe they will be using the copper phone line.
Which would you recommend to go with based on the performance, stability,etc? 

I am currently on 1MB Streamyx.

Alright. It is really strange that I'm not streaming well for 1080p contents on YouTube, sometimes it will still buffer.
Is it normal for 10Mbps?

Around 11ms, very unlikely less than 10ms but usually less than 15ms.

ah ty for the info. starting to see the picture now.

the 20mbps people got screwed over due to the nagging to upgrade to 20mbps, only to later find out 30mbps and 50mbps came out 

doubt the same will happen for 30mbps. new package, doubt they'll change the price or suddenly got 100mbps for cheaper price 

only thing i suspect is 5/10 and maybe even 20 may get a price reduction by august. but who knows, maybe not 

Seriously? How come 30mbps slower than 20mbps? If slower download than should be then should complaint..

Im still on Streamyx too. Should be ok I think, else I will seriously consider Maxis Fiber since I just found out my home is now also covered by them.
