I'm damn long years TMNet customer, from dialup 1315, den 1515, den streamyx for damn long years, until this year using VIP20 but never got any discount, sigh.. Because a lot ppl run home business using home package.
For example like me, I'm providing small web hosting for small customer That why they implement this and give more cheaper. after u apply, within the same day you'll get sms about appointment date, den before the appointment day, the day before installation, TM will call you to confirm the appointment date.
If u never get sms regarding appointment date, den you have to go back the same tmpoint where u register. They never enter all ur detail into their system yet. I called twice last time, first said 7 days, second time said 7 days.. and said don't have my record, from there I know they didn't enter my record.
