50k is about the right price for retail isn't it? Lucky you, they are so hard to come by.

The watch book has just been released, I haven't gone through it yet as I was still flipping through the Mondani GMT book.

Happy days

Tried on a two tone blue gold sub today. It's pretty stunning especially under the light but alas I find gold is a bit much for me.

Received my copy of the new Rolex Passion book today. Pretty good information about various models and also photos from various watch enthusiasts
Tons of photos to drool over, however it's pretty costly.

The LV is getting harder and harder to come by now, even more than the BLNR. I never understood the green sub but have started to learn to appreciate it over the year. Such an eye catching watch.

Thanks smile.gif it is indeed quite a mesmerising watch to look at. Pictures don't do justice to the green.

Kelvw yes, definitely. There was a time I did not like the green, even going as far as to sell it. I regret that, and had to correct the mistake. Never again. Btw. you're in the UK aren't you? What's all the hullabaloo about shortage of steel pieces there? Seems like it wasn't too difficult for you!

In the meantime, this one has been my steady favourite :-)

Same here, I didn't like the colour particularly on the photos in forums. However I changed my mind a few months back when I saw one in person. The LV is even more difficult to source compared to BLNR.
There is definitely a shortage of popular SS, most ADs only have PM or Two Tone models on display. Prices on greys are getting crazy.

It was difficult to source mine but pulled the right strings whistling.gif

chiahau do it! It's pretty stunning especially the dial changes from almost black to green in different lighting conditions. Sometimes it looks like the kermit.

r3kahsttub thanks! Here you go!

Cheers mate, I'd love a no date sub as well some day.

More pics to follow when I get to it 😊

Was in London today and all the AD window display is dire.

You guys seen this yet? Harrods Black Bay special edition.

It's a run of 100 but there has been reports that says it has been extended to 175. I hope it is as I think I'm down at 152 on the list. Managed to pop in to Harrods to put my name down before the news went public.

Whilst I was at Harrods, I decided to pop in to an AD nearby.
I never knew they had a second floor with more Rolex. They were nice to show me around including the VIP room.

Plenty of datejusts, however no professional models

A bit of privacy. You can take your time to decide on your purchases. Probably for guests buying Patek

Yeah, it's the same price as the normal Black bays. Problem is if you can get one doh.gif

More hulk poison for you?

Also just got my Submariner book from Mondani. Got a complementary bracelet which I doubt I would wear. Not good to wear on the watch wrist anyway, I can't imagine all the scratches from bangles, bracelets and beads. vmad.gif

I had to give the DeepSea blue a pass twice as it was too big for me. Was told it that it's hard to get hold of. oh well...
