Last friday went to Semenyih using ECOHILL Link..on the way back home, it took me 6 minutes from traffic light near Ascotte Boulevard to Semenyih toll, another 15 minute to reach toll BT 9 (Semenyih @ Rinching - Semenyih Toll- Kajang TTDI - Saujana Impian - Toll BT.9 - Bdr Tun Hussein Onn) Traffic was smooth by the way.. Honestly Ecohill is really nice place to live and a well planned neighborhood. Wish I had a better budget to own one *sigh*

They building an Econsave? The future is getting brighter here.. woohooo

Yeah, that's about the timing using ecohill link.. even during peak hour.. The jam issue will start after the BT 9 toll...

Hopefully with the completion of EKVE, Semenyih resident shall have alternative way to go to kl city center..

How u get In??!

Last picture ,you can see there's an entrance. Need to drive your car through the existing taman. Security guard very friendly. I'm not the only one, got other visitors and SA was there also.

there will be a connecting road to go to tesco form Bandar rinching .. saw the banner at end of the road ... the end of the road is here as the image from google maps

the road is here the black arrow.... saw it last sunday...

the last 2 phases is open for sale ady... the 20x70 builtup is aprox 1900 is 535k and the 20x70 single storey is 410k after rebate but better check with SA for exact pricing& sqf details, ... others all sold out.. latest sales chart@sunday16815:-

I wonder why the show house still there. It seem like they build attached together with show house. The agent told me the show house for display purpose only, they will dismantle it later. If the show house is real unit then i am disappointed with the road width in front, too narrow. It should 40ft as told by agent

had anticipated this the existing taman also already narrow la the roads..guez will follow same here too and if u see from the plan in the gallery, the show hse is already apart of the houses for sale,they already display like that..., u didn't notice lah last time .. the sa/agent that told u is kakikencing lah then

not sure maybe the main entrances roads....i didnt ask..must reconfirm this.. previously i didnt ask all this..i just imagined it should sthg similiar as the old taman....

Hope developer not cheating ... I rmb the road size in front the house is 40ft according to them.
For me entrance should have 60ft 😁

is it stated clearly in the agreement???
