Received this from SA: Semenyih Parklands @ Rinching - Double storey landed - Affordable entry price, starting from 298,000 - freehold, non-bumi unit - land size 16 x 60, 16 x 65, 18 x 60 - Early bird package - Stone throw away from Setia Ecohill - Easy access to Persiaran Ecohill Open for registration now. As far as I know, this project is inside Bandar Rinching, about 200m away from Ascotte Boulevard currently. Location wise is much better than Semenyih Parklands in Beranang.
