parcel 2 is parcel 5 to 9

I think many people outside semenyih already pening see semenyih development.. cant accept the fact ady, ... if got manyak duit go EH,EM lah... no means, got many from low cost up to high end, frm landed to Condo and etc..wide choice for u.....

think very hard to rent out...if got people want to rent, of course will rent out...if not...just let it there and wait see how much can earn if sell off

waiting to see ecohill commercial project to boost up Rinching

I tot this project selling from 300K, no?

looking for spill out effect, sharing the infra at Ecohill at lower cost, very smart!

ya..... only 2 blocks where sold balloting way and was starting from 300k. this is kind of small affordable project for mass market at quite strategic location in semenyih/rinching/

yup hopefully it boost up rinching... and also the brogan-rinching road, the jalan Bandar rinching 5-6,(death-end now) if built complete will boost the commercials more....
