My house is parcel 2 but still unable to do loan because the developer haven't obtain some documents

wah nice...as u see.....all the entrance road to the taman have a nice views towards the brogan hills....

the ascotte service apartment also seems progressing very well and fast, then the L'MARQ also starting work already..

hopefully all this will revive all the shops@riching 6 besides parcel 1.... anyway for parcel 2 is all nice and well.....

so suppose now got 3 playground izzit?? did anybody ask the SA, 1 v.small 1 at parcel 1, existing got 1 but that is partially taken for surau

and the large land at parcel 2 opposite the 20x65 house....

and hopefully in future can put fencing and guarded.

Decent progress....

Ya pretty good progress, hopefully the taman wont looked very poor in class after complete. Even thou this is budget house, but i still hope it can look nice and maintain well, populated with educated and polite people. Too scare of bad neighboorhood

most important I notice when rounding the old tamans...it is actually was clean and good... not like throwing rubbish here and thr and got piles of rubbish here and thr... only i saw two abandoned single storey house with rubbish thrown in it, near parcel 2.... other than that whole taman is clean but looks crowded as the roads are small and people park car outside make more narrow roads... educated or not educated people doesn't matter but good moral people enough including the new house people.. anyway all the roads are tarred and made new... after vp only all must join try make fencing/guarded.... in future the room for appreciation will be there as for e.g 18x60 was bought below 400k with good built up... the talk of town is always landed below 500k hard to get!!

Yes, indeed. I did went and survey around the taman behind, same as what you saw. I propose we make an owner list, easier to contact for any TT, most important fencing and guarded for safety purpose.

Finally received 1st billing✌ Mine is phase 3, Block E1.

Done my first billing too. My one is phase 4 block G1..

Parcel 1, but not yet receive billing also. Have you receive your copy for stamped loan agreement?

Receive billing due on 22 july. But heard bank loan start on next month...so if this case I will get penalty, right?

You mean your bank havent approved your loan yet? Or is mean you still owe the developer balance?

My unit is parcel 2, not even done the loan due to some documents from the developer...a bit worry when seeing you people already discussing about the billing from the bank.

Lucky i didnt go thru developer. I just let my agent done all job including bank loan argreement. I just email my document to my agent to help me apply bank loan.

Bank approved and lawyer send letter to bank to advise for the payment last week. Banker said Loan can disburse anytime fROM now onwards,mostly start pay by next mth. Not sure the current bill which due on 22 July consider pay or start next month like banker told me .confuse..
