last week went to semenyih to visit some hidden area, saw a new temple in sg lalang...quite big...and also The Garden, nice too....mansion 88 not very ok, beside cementery

after came back from semenyih, heard got heli crash

Lol... Jalan Sungai Lalang is only single lane road... pretty bad access... Don't go that area much, unless want to go to makan in Fish Valley. Yeap, Mansion 88 is beside a Malay cemetery...

I would recommend you explore Broga area better...

Yeah, helicopter crash, but that area is pretty near to Nirvana already... Pity..

If you travel in Sungai Lalang, you will first notice Mansion 88 on your left, and not far away you will notice clover homes on your right...

During the peak hour when people going back from Haneco industrial estate, really no eye see...

Not sure if it is Malay reserved land, but it's mostly kampung... Not many Semenyih folks want to go there due to bad access..

A lot of chaotic industrial factory along the road, especially main entrance..

Can exit at Tmn Hiew Piow if you back to KL/Sg Long/Kajang, save you time for traffic light facing mosque. The cars can go out when Sunway Semenyih traffic light turn red.

Btw there is a famous nasi lemak stall in Tmn Hiew Piow.

Yeah, can use Desa Mewah or Taman Aik Ann internal taman road to avoid the traffic light in front of mosque. However, all these roads are taman road, turn here turn there and alot of bump as well, people don't like to use..

Haha that road I mentioned actually save time and mileage if go to KL, better lesser driver use it if I am the resident there.

Lol... okay, as a matter of fact not many people using it too. If come out from Sunway Semenyih still okay, coz got traffic light, but if coming out from taman aik ann, it will take long time to come out coz the traffic along Jalan Semenyih is congested. Used to see people want to come out already, but the driver along Jalan Semenyih still don;t want to give way, nearly accident...

to exit from the Taman, it very much depend on how long the traffic light at Sunway Semenyih .

Yeah, waiting at sunway semenyih traffic light during peak hour sometime need alot patience too..

actually the longer sunway semenyih red traffic light, the easier car come out from Tmn Hiew Piow /Aik Ann.

Oh, what I mean is the car from Sunway Semenyih to come out need to wait fairly long at the traffic light.

During peak hour, a lot car drivers just stopping their car on the Taman Aik Ann junction and blocking the car coming out, since that juction yet to have any traffic light.

the traffic jam will be worsen once Kajang East & Kiara Semenyih VP.

I think most likely Kajang East will set up a traffic in that junctions.. More traffic lights definately bring more jam in future..

Not to mention there are a few more small scale projects that currently in Semenyih Mewah and is located beside Kajang East, such as the The Garden...
