price up not big issue...still got rebate..the glaring difference is parcel all new unit and parcel 2 blocks some are infused together with old units and new unit... and parcel 2 also contain the most expensive unit 20x70(not yet open for sale), only parcel 1 is closed to the poor shoplot/house.. parcel 2 actually is more better locality and have another road access to it and opposite's if im not mistaken should be mutiara rinching house developments + plus parcel 2 have big playground.....
as it is infused between older taman and an older place... people mite need more time to make proper decision's... but location wise it is not poor at all...it is a good location but poor locality for now....if u say small and expensive, 16x65 parcel 1 i think was priced at 355k and new condo's at semenyih are catching up with this price...getting a landed terrace should be
only F&G if future are implemented that wud be great ady....
