They will not send u the offer letter until you signed with them, they scare you'll use their offer letter to get better rate/ counter offer.

That is bs. It is called 'OFFER' letter coz it states what they offer u. B4 u take an offer, of coz u need to review it. There is no such thing as 'compulsary to sign after reading it'.

I cant even think of any kind of documents that is compulsary to sign after disclosing it. That person just wants to close the deal quickly or got some things in the clauses that makes many people reject the offer.

I usually ask the loan agent 1 week for me to think it over. Some can let u bring the doc home.

Sound weird. But your banker will explain to you before sign. You can ask everything before you sign.

when i took my loan I have loan offer from 3 banks (softcopy) sent to my inbox.
I spent 2 weeks to read them all, cross check with a banker (my friend).
Once clarified all, only I schedule an appointment to sign it.

Oh I read the offer letter again on the spot just to be sure it is not amended.

You know la, banks = licensed along.

the only thing they would hide from u is the interest rate.
That is given verbally and not black and white, as they do not want it to be shown to other bank (competition).

So, that I gave them the slack, as long as the signed offer letter has it printed black & white, and of course same rate verbally agreed.

i see...from semenyih to KL: 3 tolls.....Lekas+twin palm + sg long (grand saga)= RM3.10

There are many routes from Ecohill link to reach KL. If you asking about the cheapest route, it would be:

Ecohill link > Lekas (RM 1.10) > Semenyih-Kajang Bypass > Cheras-Kajang Highway (RM 0.90 Batu 11 toll) > Jalan Loke Yew > KL.

Ya ecolink will connect to semenyih toll, from semenyih to kajang toll rm1.1, very short distance.
*
Yeah, Semenyih toll to Kajang Selatan toll is very short distance, but after Kajang Selatan Toll, all the way till the interchange to Silk highway, is considered Lekas as well. The distance from Semenyih toll till the end of Lekas before reaching Silk or Cheras-Kajang Bypass would be around 5km. brows.gif brows.gif

Lol... Semenyih-Kajang bypass very far? In terms of distance, it is about same if you opt twin-palm silk route. Semenyih-kajang bypass just more traffic and there is a traffic light at the Saujana Impian junction.

Generally, it takes around 10 minutes from the silk interchange to Batu 11 toll using the Kajang-Semenyih bypass, most likely just about 1-2 minutes extra if you are using the twin-palm sungail long silk. Don't forget to connect to the Grand Saga from Silk need to pass through the trunk road in front of Taman Rakan, which has a few traffic lights and prone to traffic jam nowadays.

I have been travelling to KL quite frequent and it's very rare for me to use twin palm Silk. I only will use it when I want to go to Sungai Long since it is more direct.

Lol... That's not Semenyih-Kajang bypass, the route you mentioning still Jalan Semenyih. laugh.gif

Semenyih-Kajang Bypass is starting from Lekas, after Lekas you will pass through Kajang Perdana, TTDI Groove, Penjara Kajang, Saujana Impian, Tesco Kajang and then connect to Cheras-Kajang.

Semenyih-Kajang bypass is two-lanes road, with only one traffic light in front of Saujana Impian...

As I said before, Semenyih-Kajang Bypass is starting from Lekas, after Lekas you will pass through Kajang Perdana, TTDI Groove, Penjara Kajang, Saujana Impian, Tesco Kajang and then connect to Cheras-Kajang higway.

After you reach Tesco Kajang, you actually reach the starting point of Cheras Kajang Highway..
