There's a event item that enables you to catch both of them in FireRed/ LeafGreen/ Emerald.

i tot we can get lugia in a preorder disc of gamecube version of pokemon?

If you have Pokemon Colleseum and XD for Gamecube you could get them from there too....

in pokemon diamond once a pokemonl earn a move in day care the first or last move will be deleted once u take them out?

The following:
Anorith > Armaldo (Claw Fossil)
Lileep > Cradily (Root Fossil)
Kabuto > Kabutops (Dome Fossil)
Omanyte > Omastar (Helix Fossil)
Aerodactyl (Old Amber)

All of the above are only available once you get the National Dex..and even then they are all rare items so good luck digging

The only fossil you can't get in Diamond is the Armor Fossil (Shieldon > Bastiodon)...you need Pearl for that.

not catching, seeing them is enough, just battle all trainer in game, and you will get to see all of them, and if you have diamond, you see palkia at a town if not mistaken
