This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.

yes, through elevated command prompt
(right-click cmd.exe - run as administrator)

btw, run a windows update & update necessary drivers & let us know if this resolved your issue
*
After running it says,

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation. I just update my graphic card drivers so far no problem.

pls check under System32 folder for the filename cdd.dll
see whether the file version and date has been updated with new video driver installation?

compare with the old dll file before the update:

the dumps you provided is an old dumps
date format is month/day/year_xxx
e.g 021414_xxx

since you have re-seat the CPU and there's no more BSOD and it passed the test hopefully you'll not be getting any prob now?

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught.  This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000091, A driver switched stacks using a method that is not supported by
the operating system. The only supported way to extend a kernel
mode stack is by using KeExpandKernelStackAndCallout.
Arg2: 0000000000000000
Arg3: fffffa8008be7770

what is DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4) ?

Bug Check 0xC4: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION
The DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION bug check has a value of 0x000000C4. This is the general bug check code for fatal errors found by Driver Verifier. For more information, see Handling a Bug Check When Driver Verifier is Enabled.

Also, check for memory leaks
Fixing memory leaks
This Driver Verifier bug check is designed to prevent the driver from leaking kernel memory. In each case, the proper fix is to identify any existing code paths where the allocated objects are not freed and ensure they’re freed properly.
Static Driver Verifier is a tool that scans Windows driver source code and reports on possible issues by simulating the exercising of various code paths. Static Driver Verifier is an excellent development-time utility to help identify these kinds of issues.
For other techniques you can use, including scenarios where Driver Verifier is not involved, see Finding a Kernel-Mode Memory Leak.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.

Arg3: 0000000000000008, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
