Hi there,
Two bugcheck code in your dump file
0X24 NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
0X8E KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Exception code: 0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation occurred.

Please scan your HDD for bad sector. I suspect your HDD is having bad sector which influence your file paging. Once the page file accessing the bad sector in your HDD as the Virtual Memory, it can result instability and crash.

I would suggest you to use window cd and enter Window Recovery Console then run CHKDSK/r to scan your HDD for bad sector.
Thanks

Next thing you can do is to clear the dust in your PC, make sure you have a good airflow.

Thanks

Try turn it on and see if your system stable again.
Why you disable it?

You are welcome. If it load slow, you can run a hijackthis log and post in the general forum. We will look over to see if there is a sign of infection.

Thanks

Go to My Computer and locate C:\Windows\Minidump or C:\Minidump. Once you have the minidump folder, please zipped the whole folder and upload it here (using add attachement function) or other web hosting page mentioned below. Please provide the link to download your file.

If you are not able to boot into window,
Try below.

Run your XP cd, enter Window Recovery Console
Then type CHKDSK/r and run a scan disk on your HDD.
It could be your HDD that affect your file paging in your Virtual Memory.

Upload your minidump file here if available.
Thanks

It seems like you are having trouble with your HDD.
You let chkdsk/r runs until the end?

Lets try to change the cable for your HDD and see how it goes.
It could be your Mobo too. If IDE HDD, try change IDE port. If SATA, try change to another SATA port.
Thanks

Hmmm..
Your CD can read?
I am suspecting data transmission problem within your PC.
Your mobo might be faulty if this still appear after you change HDD.

But try change cable 1st. See how. If problem persist, i think is your mobo.

BugCheck code: 0X1A MEMORY MANAGEMENT
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms793604.aspx

Refer the above page. See under which parameter your additional error code have.

From what i can conclude, you have multiple BSOD with different code. Very high possible your mobo failure create failure in every hardware attached to it.

If you have extra mobo, try change it. If not, i would suggest you send to shop for further testing on your mobo,
Thanks

Note:
My analysis might not be 100% accurate as i will just tell you what error has been captured in the system.

You need to compare the analysis with the actual condition that you are having as you are the one who is infront of your system.
