Well.. High floor or low floor seems not much different for casa green as the price diff is only 500 per floor... the lowest I seen so far after so many projects... Usually it is at least RM1K per floor different... Anyway, all is personal preference, all got pro and con.
When is developer going to release the final list panel bank? I am waiting for it...

I buy to rent and hopefully pass on to my children, so what I concern is how easy to rent out instead of capital appreciation. Not say I totally no mind, but so far I have no intention to sell after getting the keys.
