I don't know you guys notice or not... With such price, you can't argue more... not happy can buy ZR, KR1, KR2, and Rainz... By the way, there is no scientific report about staying near to HTC will cause anything...
Mostly RumahWip, lost cost flat, Prima.. Most of them near to HTC... Look at Prima Bukit Jalil.... also near to HTC... Give and take... developer will not build and sell cheap for good land..
Just now try to use the new access road... damn nice.. draw back is a lot of car parked at road side... DBKL should give tickets to those car parked illegally... LOL..

Good for those who grabbed a unit. It's a good place especially with the new access road and new LRT station nearby. With this price, not easy to find.
