Can't compare yet. Casa Green not built yet. Wait another 4 years then only can compare... From what usually happened in Malaysia, new one should be always better... OUG Parklane have to see how it turns out in time and their mgmt on the property.

As for now, concept wise, casa green sure win lar... OUG Parklane is very apartment / flat type if you managed to look around there. Their swimming pool is very small and 80's look, pure blue tiles type.. No much plant / tree... lousy workmanship..

Are you sure? My friend want to give cheque also cannot, because there is no unit available at that time.. By right, if got unit simpan, they will release it if got real buyer want to book it already.

Car workshop won't be remove as it is industrial area... But you can gather as many people as possible to press on DBKL to point out those damaged cars should be remove from the public place as I believe those land still belongs to DBKL and if they want, they still have power to summon or remove those cars.

Blk A unit priced at 300K is RUMAWIP... You need to read the T&C in order to purchase...

Mostly RumahWip, lost cost flat, Prima.. Most of them near to HTC... Look at Prima Bukit Jalil.... also near to HTC... Give and take... developer will not build and sell cheap for good land..


Just now try to use the new access road... damn nice.. draw back is a lot of car parked at road side... DBKL should give tickets to those car parked illegally... LOL..

Based on the price.. and 2 single car parks given, LRT nearby, new access road to Bukit Jalil. This project is good to grab.

Good for those who grabbed a unit. It's a good place especially with the new access road and new LRT station nearby. With this price, not easy to find.
