Dont Rent to Foreigner
老实讲，Parklane Oug 的卖点就是华人很多（多数买来自住），成本便宜（购买价才300-400千），交通方便（四通八达去那里都很靠近），有未来捷运站（步行距离大概500-1000m），有花草树木的(七楼的公园有一点花花草草)，很多店铺和商业大夏等等。

有得必有失，其死穴是人口密度高（4000++住家），车辆密度高（4000 x 2 = 8000辆车），店铺和商业大夏人流量高（5000++工作和附近的居民），基本上在繁忙时间可以说是一出Jalan Puchong就塞到要命。

就根据以上种种的条件，Parklane Oug 很大可能会成为本地学生，外国学生和年轻工作者喜爱居住的一个区域。

但是最可怕的莫过于有大量黑人成为邻居......各位，我不是种族主义者，我喜欢和马来人和印度人做朋友邻居，但是对于黑人，我觉得他们的生活习惯我真的不太能忍受。

如：走路摇来摇去（HipHop），声音低沉粗鲁，乱乱撩女孩子越炮，爱喝酒，爱成群结党的走，驾车很快很危险，乱乱过马路不让车等等我们这里不太能接受的习惯。

所以，我想发起一个 “不租屋子给外国人的投票”。

当然最主要的就是为了遴选高质素的居民和提高屋价和租金（在建好的首一两年内实行，再看成效如何）。

我这样的建议其实是十分有根据的，例子如下：
Kota Damansara Palm Spring - 2000 Units - 高密度，多黑人，少停车场等等。和Parklane Oug是非常相似的。租金收入低，屋价久久都不上。

为了不踏上类似Project的旧路，我会和Management交待，放一个Box给屋主Vote，看看民意如何，然后公开算票，如果赢了就叫Management出memo “不能租屋子给外国人”。
