Hi, anyone working in BASF kuantan? What is the salary range for exec level (fresh grad) ?

BPC is paying RM 3,500 per month for fresh grad.

If you on operation & production side, you will be paid shift allowance.

Kau boleh tahan ke nak kerja kat Gebeng? Asal kau tahan debu bauxite jer ahahahahahahahahahah

Wow that much? I was expecting around RM2,800 only haha. Bauxite? Saw the situation last year when i intern at polyplastics, teruk gila lagi lagi bila time hujan renyai2. Habis kereta woo. Selamat gua drive kancil buruk je hahaha

I am done working at Gebeng, tak tahan dah until the bauxite issue resolved. Yes BPC is highest pay for fresh among petchem player at Gebeng, comparable to Petronas too.

I am highly recommending you to work with BPC, good starting point for your O&G careers especially in Downstream, BPC experienced staff are highly sought among Middle East headhunters.

Cost of living are cheap at Kuantan.

I see, I'm hoping to be a part of BPC also, must really nailed this interview. Yes and it's cheaper for me because my parents home is in Kuantan hahaha Thank you very much for answering my questions

Does BASF give good remuneration to local grads or do they prefer grads like from Australia etc?

since basf is from german iinm, theyd rather prefer german grads i guess?

It is my 4th week here! So far so good, lot of things to be explored. For a couple of months have to do field job first before focusing on production exec duties.

Local or non-local fresh grads get the same basic salary. I'm a local grad from UiTM.

Whats the package for entry level? And some 5~7 years experience in the same field? Mind sharing?
