Thanks man, but the things you recommended me is kinda out of budget.

Better to stick with minecrafter suggestion. r7 260x can handles dota 2 easily.

Yes,for youe usage,CPU > GPU.

For stuffs like Photoshop,better get Xeon E3-1231 V3 or i7 4790.
